Wet weather and cancelation

What happens if it rains?

    The screening of films will not be prohibited by rain, it will go ahead. All ticket holders are advised to make provision for wet weather. This is summer in Sydney and rain is not unusual. In the event of rain, wet weather ponchos will be made available to patrons however we strongly recommend you bring your own wet weather gear. The use of umbrellas during screenings is not permitted as it obstructs the view of other audience members.

Will I get a refund if it rains?

    No, rain will not prevent the screening of films. Screenings will be cancelled only if weather conditions present a danger at Fleet Steeps at screening time.

How will I know if a screening is cancelled?

    In the unlikely event that a screening is cancelled, information will be posted on the event website www.stgeorge.com.au/openair and infoline 1300 366 649. Please note: due to changing weather conditions cancellations may need to occur at short notice.

What happens if a screening is cancelled?

    In the unlikely event that a screening is cancelled, ticket holders to that screening will be entitled to exchange their tickets for a later screening of their choice, subject to availability.

What happens if I miss the screening of a film I have a ticket for?

    Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless the screening is cancelled.
