The event's Chandon Bar and Good Living restaurant are located on the edge of the harbour to give patrons a delicious taste of summer in Sydney.

Belinda Franks Catering is recognised as being at the cutting edge of Sydney's exciting food scene and we're thrilled to welcome them back to the event to present guests with a delicious menu each night of the season. Over the season an outstanding range of dishes will be available at prices ranging from $7.50 to $18.00, among them;

• BBQ chicken wrap with cos, parmesan, bacon and caesar dressing
• Roast lamb wrap with hummus, tabouleh and chilli tomato relish
• Chicken larb with sticky rice, snake beans, cucumber, chinese cabbage, lime and chilli dressing
• Salad of slow cooked octopus, soft feta, marinated olives and cucumber with cos lettuce and garlic oregano dressing
• Aromatic dhal cooked with tomato, cumin and tumeric with basmati rice, cucumber yoghurt, tomato and onion salad and grilled flat bread
• Beer battered fish with thick cut fries, tartare sauce and lemon
• Nyonya style kapitan chicken with jasmine rice, cucumber and herb salad
• Hand made pizza with pancetta, pear and gorgonzola
• Grain fed rump steak sandwich with caramelised onions, tomato, lettuce and beetroot relish
