This role reports in to the Ticketing Manager. Successful applicants will be required to attend a paid training session in early January. The season runs from 8th January to 22nd February and staff will be rostered on a weekly basis depending on availability and needs.
Cash handling and sales experience
A high standard of oral communication

Customer service or hospitality experience

Ability to problem-solve
Computer skills – working with Windows-type interface
Working in a team
Neat appearance and punctuality
Previous venue box office experience
Knowledge of Ticketmaster PCI or Classic, or other ticketing system
Available to work 5pm-8.30pm up to 7 nights a week during the season (early January to end February)
Foreign passport holders must have a current visa and be eligible to work in Australia
All applicants must have an Australian Tax File Number
